　1、问：一级建造师可以考几年?有年龄限制吗?

　　答：一级建造师资格考试为滚动考试(每两年为一个滚动周期)，参加4个科目考试的人员必须在连续两个考试年度内通过应试科目;符合免试条件只参加2个科目(《建设工程法规及相关知识》和《专业工程管理与实务》)考试的人员，必须在一个考试年度内通过应试科目。 年龄只要在65岁以下就可以参加考试，报考条件有一定的限制，专科需要毕业6年，本科毕业4年，而且要是工程类或者工程经济类的专业才可以报考。

　　2、问：一级建造师考试成绩可以保留几年?

　　答：参加一级建造师考试4个科目考试(级别为考全科)的人员必须在连续2个考试年度内通过应试科目;

　　参加2个科目考试(级别为免二科)的人员必须在1个考试年度内通过应试科目，方可获得资格证书。

　　报考增项(相应专业)考试的考生，须在1个考试年度内通过应试科目。

　　一级建造师执业资格考试设《建设工程经济》、《建设工程法规及相关知识》 、《建设工程项目管理》和《专业工程管理与实务》4个科目。

　　其中《专业工程管理与实务》科目设置10个专业类别：建筑工程、公路工程、铁路工程、民航机场工程、港口与航道工程、水利水电工程、市政公用工程、通信与广电工程、矿业工程、机电工程。
